FROM BAGHDAD TO HOME

This project is a deeply personal exploration of Iraqi identity, utilizing a blend of Pathos, Logos, and Ethos to bridge the gap between external media tropes and lived experience. By juxtaposing a muted, faded aesthetic for darker histories with a vibrant, vintage palette for moments of cultural joy, I created a visual dialogue between the past and the present. Through a collage of miniature poems, statistics, and family narratives, the design challenges the viewer to look beyond the headlines and engage with the complex, human reality of a culture in transition.
